Its been a busy couple of months, here’s a small selection of photos taken at various moments around the training centre during June and July. Courses range from tiling, plastering, plumbing, carpentry & joinery, kitchen fitting and bricklaying. NVQ level 2 and level 1 certificates are available for most trades.

The carpentry and joinery course runs for 10 days Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm with a maximum of 4 adult students per week. This 10 day intensive ‘hands on practical’ course is ideal if you are wanting to start a career in carpentry and joinery and eventually move on to gain your Cskills NVQ level 2 Certificate in Site Carpentry. Also a very busy month helping experienced workers gain their NVQ level 2 qualifications in tiling, plastering, site carpentry and bricklaying through both the EWPA and OSAT NVQ routes.

A new 5 star review from Andrew Noon who has just recently completed the YTA 5 day intensive plumbing course. The course covers plumbing in bathrooms, kitchens and radiators. Plumbing with various fittings from soldering, copper and plastic pipework including fault finding as a plumber. Thank you for a great 5 star review!

A small selection of photographs taken around the training centre during April 2018. Lots of happy faces enjoying their courses and we’ve had some lovely 5 star reviews, thank you very much. During April we ran 5 and 10 day courses in tiling, plastering, bricklaying, kitchen fitting, plumbing, carpentry and joinery. We also did NVQ level 2 assessments on weekends to help experienced tradesmen gain their recognised qualifications to get back on site with a blue skilled worker CSCS card.
