Terms Conditions and Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
No booking will be regarded as confirmed unless the required payment is received and receipted including a booking confirmation letter. If booking online, this will usually arrive by email the next working day.
Any remaining balances are to be paid on your arrival for the course or NVQ assessment.
Refunds are not available on the grounds of illness, change of mind, personal circumstance, complaint or perceived failure of the course to live up to expectation. (see complaints procedure).
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be in writing to info@ytatraining.com
All deposits are non – refundable in all instances.
If you cancel less than 28 days prior to your course start date or NVQ assessment date you will incur a charge of 100% of the course fee or NVQ assessment fee. If you have only paid a deposit, the full deposit fee will be held by YTA.
If you cancel more than 28 days prior to your course start date or NVQ assessment date you will incur a charge of 25% of the course fee or NVQ assessment fee. If you have only paid a deposit, the full deposit fee will be held by YTA.
In extreme circumstance a course may be re-scheduled or cancelled by YTA, in this circumstance alternative course dates will be provided or a refund offered in full.
If undertaking assessment, refunds are not available if result is not up to standards required by the awarding body.
Course Re-arrangement: If you are unable to attend your course date due to exceptional circumstances, which has to be approved by YTA then an alternative date will be offered. If no suitable upcoming date is accepted then a credit will be issued and must be used or lost within 12 months from the original course start date.
When re-arranging a NVQ EWPA, the remaining balance must be paid in order to move the date once. The next re-arrangement will incur a full cost fee.
We take all efforts to ensure you are safe on our premises and will monitor your working practice to ensure continued safety. We reserve the right to ask anyone who repeatedly refuses to comply to H&S requirements to leave our premises without recourse to refund.
It is the learner’s responsibility to conduct themselves in a safe manner guided and provisioned by YTA.
Verbal or physical abuse of staff will result in immediate ejection from premises with no recourse to refund.
